Janome

This is a pic of my new Janome sewing machine!! It's my early Mother's Day present!! So spoilt! Got lots of projects waiting to go! Pram liners, quilts, trackpants and cute dresses!! Can't wait to get it cranking!

Stopped by Patchwork at Homespun on the off chance it might be there and got so distracted that I forgot to get the iron tablets I had really left the house for!! Oops! At least I remembered the chops for tea!!

Knockers

Just some pics of the kids!! First one is of Bost and his puzzle that as he puts the last piece down he says "invincible"!! Next is Montana and her new sunnies which she loves!! The last pic is of Bost & his "knockers"!! Anthony made him some binoculars which he took to the grocery store to find all the items on our shopping list!! Very cute!

Baby Walker #3

This is me at 34 weeks with baby Walker #3. Keep forgetting to take pics! Feeling like a whale and very uncomfortable! Looking forward to bringing bub home!!

Diamonds

Bost is sporting his new do from Aunty Jac!! He's quite particular about his spikey hair and gets worried if it goes flat!! "Spikes all gone mum :("

Sneezes

The kids have been sick with colds. Montana even got croup which was nasty so there's been alot of sneezing and booga!! Bost was watching Anthony get some lunch when he did a big sneeze and wiped his nose on his sleeve! Anthony told him "ya got some boogy on your sleeve" and Bost replied " No - it's a bless you me!!"

Montana's 1st Bubbycino

Montana has graduated from having the froth off my cappucino to having her 1st bubbycino!! She loved it and was quick to snaffle her marshmallow before Boston could get his hands on it!! She even let Nonna assist her which was incredible as she has not since let mummy help her and made quite the scene the other day!! She wanted to do it herself and when I tried to help she made 2 little fists, shook in anger and screamed all at once!! I had not finished my drink and was not about to leave so I let her win and she proceeded to pour it all over the front of her WHITE outfit!! She seemed satisfied and I still got to enjoy my coffee! Round 1 to Montana but watch out Miss Rosie round 2 will be mine!!

Titanic Weekend

Well the kids went for their first weekend away with Nonna & Poppy to the farm!! They had a fab time getting dirty in the garden, helping rake leaves, playing catch with Pop Rod, motorbike riding and rides in the tractor with Poppy. Boston rang us to let us know that he had done a poo in the potty!! Applause was in order!! He said he'd done a huge sausage poo for Pop & half a sausage for Nonna!! Quite descriptive we thought! He also mentioned the "Leyland was sucking diesel" a few days after coming home. After a check with dad we realised he was listening in to a conversation between Pop Rod & Poppy while watching them fix the tractor and it was in fact an accurate relay of information. Montana had heaps of fun keeping up with everyone and everything and was NOT going to be left behind!! Mum told us another cute thing Bost said on the way home from the farm as they drove over some loose gravel - "What's tickling the car Nonny?"

Meanwhile Anthony & I had a lovely weekend with our friends! We went to the Naked Fig for brunch with Jac & Calv and Saturday night was spent at Haylee & Kamahl's Titanic party!! I was a pregnant Finnish girl who survived but lost her husband & 2 brothers. Anthony was a French waiter who jumped into a lifeboat & broke a poor woman's legs in the process!! Was nice to have some adult time together but cute when the kids got home & were actually excited to see us :)

Hair cut

Aunty Jac babysat the kids while I went to a enjo party at my friend Jo's place. This was the spunky hair cut Bost got while I was away. He now likes "spikey hair".

Easter

We had a fabulous Easter weekend with friends & family. Pop Rod is over from America & it has been great to catch up with him. We also went to Easter Camp to see friends which was fun. There was a really great speaker Shane Willard at the meetings who was very inspirational and we did the traditional Saturday night out at the Dome cafe. I ate way to much chocolate & still seem to have quite a bit to get through. I've also been bribing the kids to eat all their dinner with the promise of chocolate. Montana can't even talk yet but she understands chocolate. She points her finger then does this grabbing motion & says ta. Cheeky thing caught me out tonight. Bost had finished his dinner & she only had a tiny piece of burrito left so I brought out the chocolate. Gave some to Bost & told Montana she had to finish the burrito first. After having a little hissy fit & complaining for 5mins she finally popped the burrito in her mouth so I foolishly gave her the chocolate to which she promptly spat the burrito out & popped the chocolate in!! 1 to Montana, 0 to mummy!!

Kids playing

Precious kids!! Bost & Montana do actually get along really well together most of the time!! Can't believe their growing up so fast. They love to ruff & tumble together, do puzzles, play trains & zoom around on the ride on!! Bost woke again this morning saying " Kiss for porridge - the pot is clean so you CAN get me porridge" apparently I'd used that "excuse" too many times!! Truth be told I do only have one little saucepan & it really was dirty!!

Funny Kids

Bost seems quite certain that this baby is going to be a boy!! He said Laney had a baby boy!! Baby Clay - therefore clearly he was getting one too. After all he already had a sister!! Montana has been a monkey this week with the discovery of climbing! She has now climbed onto the entertainment unit (now must anchor TV) and fallen off. She fell off the bed & bonked her head because she refused assistance. Then I found she had climbed onto Bost's chair then the dining table and proceeded to tip a cup of water over the iPad (it survived!! - the iPad that is :). After much telling off she continues to climb. She has a little look on her face that says she feels immensely happy with herself & her climbing achievements! It has proceeded to be a long night as Boston can't sleep & finds ingenious excuses to come out of his room like "Mum get the scissors Blanky Bear has skin hanging off his ear (ie. a tiny tuft of fur), then "I've done a poo" (legitimate but a tiny nugget hardly worth the trouble), then "I've got a boogy & need a tissue" (I go in with a tissue & find that Blanky Bear now needs a bath as the boogy got on him too & Bost has decided to take off his PJ top!!) The child thinks too much - Bless Him!! x

Cards

Uncle Rod arrived from America today & brought some cute stamps I'd ordered that I couldn't get here! So cute, can't wait to have some time to use them. He brought Bost some little trains too - Thomas, Stepney & a Troublsome Truck!! He's stoked.

Daddy's little truckie

After my final chiro shift at Boyup CRC Anthony had to pick up his truck from Bleachmore's so Bost got to go on a little truckin trip!! He loved it!! He had an amazing view from his carseat!! They went from Donnybrook to Bunbury to pick up trailers then on to Perth!! He was so excited to tell everyone of his adventure!!

Josh's 18th

Had a fantastic weekend with friends @ Glenwood for Josh's 18th birthday!! Great party. Lots of yummy food & plenty of entertainment!! Bucking bull, sumo wrestling & motorbike racing with a twist! You had to ride a bike a short distance, get off skull a can of drink, run back to a potato sack & jump across the line!! Thought Anthony was going to end up with a groin strain trying to kick Al off his bike :) Bost even got a couple of races in with Uncle Al & daddy!! He was having a great time until daddy threw the potato sack over his head - not funny dad!! The next day we headed down to Lake Towrining. Even though the weather was atrocious for skiing we had heaps of fun!
