Farm visit

We headed to the farm this weekend to pick Boston up! He'd had such a fab time I'm sure he would of stayed indefinitely!! Montana was pretty happy to see him and there was hugs all round. The kids began playing with Daisy and Molly. Bost had been a bit hesitant of the dogs all week but Montana was all confidence so Bost thought it must be ok!! We then helped mum & dad with the annual tailing of the lambs. When I say help that's probably a stretch!! We more or less watched them and I kept the kids out of the way :) Although Bost did pass Pop all the tags for their ears. After, they got to have a cuddle of a lamb!! Georgia slept through most of her first farm visit which must of been due to the lovely fresh air :)

Bost's week at the farm!!

Bost got to spend a whole week at the farm with Pop and was so thrilled that it was just going to be the boys!! They did all sorts of things around the farm. Rounding up cows, checking on the "young bulls", motorbike riding, sheep work, maintaining fences and playing with the dogs. They even went into town for a babycino after the grocery shop. Bost was really chuffed to of had a go in the tractor and truck as well. They ate tea together in front of the TV and he got to stay up later as there was too much to do to be in bed by 7pm!!

After coloring in stripes on the my little pony with crayon I asked why he did it?? "I wanted it to be a zebra!"

Dad was having carpal tunnel surgery and we told Bost that he couldn't go for a visit by himself to the farm until Pop's hand was better. So he told me he could fix Pop's hand and could I get the dress up box so he could get his doctors coat!!
