We had a great weekend at the farm helping out with the tailing of the lambs. The kids got to have cuddles with the cute little lambs. Bost climbed up on the yard fence to get a better look of the process before I could react he had flipped over the railing & was hanging by his arms on the other side. I thought for sure he'd dislocated his shoulders!! Thankfully Nonna was on the other side & reacted quickly to grab him. Afterwards Boston gave his own account of the the incident. "Bost climb fence, floff, bonk head, bost cry, Nonny..." Pretty cute!

UK Holiday Part 3
Northern Ireland and the Antrim Coast were amazing. We saw the Giant’s Causeway and the Carrick-a-rede Rope Bridge. The rope bridge looked innocent enough until actually crossing it where the wind picked up and you felt like you were going to be blown off into the ocean. I really didn’t want to come back across it!!! SCARY!! We continued our trip in Belfast where we took a black taxi tour which was an eye opening experience!! Then down to the Mourne Mountains before cutting across to Ennis and the Cliffs of Moher. It was too foggy to see the cliffs so we found a really great pub in fact we went to this pub twice!! We drove on to Killarney which is the gateway to the Ring of Kerry where we found some spectacular scenery. The Lakes of Killarney was another gem.

UK Holiday Part 2
The second week of holidays was spent mainly in Scotland. We drove from Norfolk up through the Yorkshire Dales to Edinburgh. We visited Stirling Castle, the Wallace Monument, the statue of Robert the Bruce in Bannockburn, Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Mile. Such a trip through history left me in awe. We then caught a ferry from Ardrossan to Brodick and the Ilse of Aran. This was my most favourite place! The photos above are of Brodick Castle and a coastal ruin. Aran was magical with the most stunning and diverse scenery. We then moved on to Troon and after a days delay were on our way to Larne and Northern Island.

UK Holiday Part 1
We had such a fabulous UK holiday with our little family, mum & dad and all the Lowe Clan. Kaz and Tommy made the trip special. We spent a few days in London before heading up to Norfolk for wedding preparations. We stayed in the most amazing place called Burnt Fen. The house is in the above photo overlooking a pond complete with rickety row boat!! Boston thought it was great as there were heaps of ducks, geese, guinea fowl and swans to follow around. We spent a week relaxing and catching up with family. Visited many cute villages and had lunch in lots of quaint pubs! The week as capped off with Kaz and Tommy’s splendid English wedding. Such a lovely day and the bride looked gorgeous!

Easter
Easter was a fun time this year as the kids discovered chocolate Easter eggs!! Only Bost was actually allowed to eat his. We did an Easter egg hunt with Mother’s group and one at mum & dad’s! Bost wasn’t quite sure about it at first until he realised what was inside the pretty wrapper. Yum!! Montana thought they looked pretty good as well. Bost wasn’t so happy to share his eggs and was quick to reclaim the wayward egg!

Boston & Montana having some chill time together watching TV. How cute are they!! Bost is very good with Montana. He likes to bring her toys and wipes her mouth!! Nearly takes her nose off but the gesture is well meant!

Rolling
Montana has been rolling around!! Front to back and back to front!! She can now roll several times in a row to get around the floor to where she wants to be!! She thinks she’s quite clever however she gets tired quickly and protests loudly when she’s had enough!!

Quad bike
Had a lovely mother’s group at 3 Bears Park. Kids were having a ball. Then Nic brought in the Princess quad bike and it was on!! Everyone clamouring for a turn. It’s actually electric which the kids thought was amazing. Just press the little button with their thumb and off they went zooming around!! The hard part was getting them off so someone else could have a go!!

Cooler weather
The weather has cooled and the kids are sick with colds. After doctors visits, nebs, ventalin & steroids we’ve just about had enough!! Not to mention sleepless nights. But all rugged up and snug as a bug Montana still manages to look cute as a button!!!

Siblings
It’s so nice now that Montana is becoming more interactive. She smiles & chats to her big brother. Bost also adores her & gives her lots of kisses. He now calls her Rose but it comes out sounding like Wose!! Just the cutest!!
Princess Rosie
I can’t believe how fast my little girl is growing! She’s now 4 months old. I have to keep changing her clothes over as she quickly grows out of all her outfits & I want to get as much use out of all her cute things. Found this tutu in the draw - much excitement that she now can wear it!! Just dressing up for a trip into town to do the grocery shop!!

Bost found some old scarves in the farm toy box so we decided to play a game of pirates. He insisted that Montana join in as well. I love this pic! My 2 luscious kids.

Orphan calf
Our next door neighbour Nev had a cow die leaving an orphan calf. So dad got the calf in for a cuddle with the kids before a friend picked it up to hand raise. Montana was quite at ease with the little “moo”. Bost was a little unsure at first but then decided to give the “moo” a kiss!! Too cute.

Big Boy Bed
Bost spent his 1st night in his big bed last night. After spending alot of time at the gate trying to get attention he eventually decided it was boring & hopped into bed himself!! He woke once crying during the night & fell out of bed in the morning but all in all did well. Today he had his 1st day nap in the big bed. This time he held out for a lot longer, realising he could actually play with his toys. Again we ignored him & he fell asleep on the floor by the gate. We put him in bed & he looked snug as a bug!!
